Today I’m sharing some fun, cozy layered outfits for fall/winter weather. All of the outfits feature some pinky, rosy, purple-y shades. (Psst, you can find the reels version of this post on my IG here.)

1. 90s vibes

I’ve had this longline skirt for several years now (maybe 8-9 ish?). I haven’t worn it much, especially lately, but I thought I’d try it with a basic, oversized tee tucked in. I think the vintage flannel thrown over top and the lace-up ankle boots really give the outfit a nineties grunge-esque feel.

2. corduroy jumper with relaxed fit t-shirt

Here, I’m keeping the oversized v-neck tee but switching out the maxi skirt for a maroon/burgundy red course roy jumper. Easy layering over fleece-lined tights, some cool, cozy, socks, and the suede ankle boots again. I could easily thrown the flannel back on to complete this outfit, too.

3. corduroy jumper with cozy hand-crocheted sweater

For a warmer outfit, I swapped the tee for handmade, crochet sweater (my Lyerly design, which is currently unavailable for sale while I take a break from selling patterns/update pattern PDFs). This is a boxy, cropped sweater and the sleeves have a slight poof, which I think looks cute with the overall-style jumper.

4. shorts with fleece-lined tights

One of my favorite cold weather outfit formulas, shorts over tights! High-waisted shorts pair well with the cropped sweater. I also like the raw hem detail.

5. “funfetti” sweater

Longer sweaters are cool, too, and I actually like the way this one “cuts off” the top of the shorts visually. It makes them look shorter than they actually are, which accentuates the raw hem of the shorts and showcases the fleece-lined tights. This sweater also has little yarn flecks of color throughout, making it look like Funfetti icing, which is fun.

6. a pop of color with lilac jeans

I got these lilac purple jeans years ago, but don’t wear them much. It seemed fitting to style them with the colorful Funfetti sweater.
