For about the past month, my husband and I have had plans to get various home and yard work done on the weekend, but for several weekends it rained after a sunny week, and this weekend our son has had some kind of stomach virus/infection.

Today it rained again, so at least it didn’t feel like we were missing out on too much while being housebound, although we had to cancel some plans with friends.

Other than that, we have been able to wear shorts a few days here and there, among windy, cold days, and it’s been nice to have a bit of a taste of spring, even though it feels like it might never fully come.

(PS. Still sketching something everyday and you can follow over on my second Instagram here. A lot of it is quick, sketchy, or experimental and not a finished product at all, but it has been nice to do some kind of drawing everyday.)
