A few things that stood out this February:

1. We passed around a few sinus infections again – I even lost my voice for a few days – so there were lots of Kleenex used and cups of hot tea drank this month.

2. My toddler has had another language jump and it’s probably been the craziest yet. It’s so fun to see what phrases he picks up on and to hear him putting together small sentences on his own. One of the funniest moments was him learning what a neck pillow was called, and hearing him repeat it as though a neck pillow is some wondrous, magical treasure. Haha.

3. We had a few days that felt like spring and it did wonders for my postpartum anxiety and depression. But of course, the cold and rain is back now. Just makes me even more ready for warmer, sunnier weather.
