It’s a beginner-intermediate level pattern as it features a bit of decrease stitching and embroidered detail, but is simple enough that it would make a good first garment or a quick make for a more experienced crocheter.

I really love the vintage vibes this design has. I think it could be an easy 70s look, or even 90s.
