Test Crocheting

Thank you for your interest in applying to be a test crocheter.

I am looking for reliable crocheters who can stick to a deadline and provide constructive feedback. Test crocheters are expected to point out any confusing wording, typos, sizing issues so that I can produce a final pattern that is clear and easy for novice and experienced crocheters alike to understand.

Experience with garment making and using fine weight yarns is not necessarily required, but testers are expected to be able to complete the garment within the time allotted to ensure that the pattern can be released in a timely manner. Please consider your personal skill level and ability when considering applying. (There may always be patterns up for testing in the future that better suit your skill level. Check this page for upcoming pattern tests.)

Current Pattern Test: The Ramona Cropped Ringer Tee – skill level: Intermediate, yarn used: fingering weight, stitches used: double crochet, single crochet, Foundation Single Crochet (tutorial provided), in sizes x-small through 4x-large (I follow the Craft Yarn Council’s standard sizing), with a small amount of ease in the main body (see pictures).

Testers receive a copy of the final pattern for free, as well as a special discount on future pattern purchases.

I am truly thankful for your support of my work and the gift of your time and skill in test crocheting my patterns. If you are interested, please fill out the form below.

Please note: Crocheters with beautiful and active social media sites will be given preference.
